All sales are final, I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to limited stock. Every product is checked for quality but may have minor variations. I try to represent my products accurately in photos, but colors may appear differently on different screens or vary slightly between print batches.
A refund may be granted (but is not guaranteed) only in the event a package is lost or damaged during transit. I will work with the shipper to investigate and you may need to provide additional information (i.e. photos of damaged packaging) so please hang on to all items and packaging. If an item is incorrect or missing from your order due to my own mistake, I'll work with you to send a replacement as soon as possible.
